What's your favorite restaurant of all time? Where is it located? What should we order?

Luigi's pizza in Camptonville, has the best homemade sourdough pizza dough I've had anywhere. The other place with comparable dough is cowboy pizza in Nevada city. Sourdough outside of northern California and Alaska doesn't really taste right to me and almost no pizza places use it for their crust. But those two places shared a common mother culture, and I think Luigi's owner worked at the other place first, but she made better pizza. I am fairly sure these places no longer exist, but the sourdough culture might be somewhere in the area.
