  • Crews communicate with service members in real-time using native mobile apps

  • Crews barcode, scan, photograph, manage, and track the location of all household goods throughout the move

  • Teams work collaboratively with a configurable move management dashboard

  • Due to the unprecedented size and scope of the GHC implementation, we are prioritizing all efforts and resources towards the development of HomeSafe Connect. While we cannot onboard any new MoveHQ customers at this time, you can request to be notified when we are ready to accept new partners again.

  • Initially, HomeSafe Connect will only support GHC moves.

    For existing MoveHQ customers, we hope to soon combine HomeSafe Connect and MoveHQ’s current products so that you can easily manage both military and non-military moves in one software.

  • No. Due to the security requirements of GHC and the sensitive nature of data within the platform, HomeSafe Connect will not support third-party integrations.

  • HomeSafe Alliance’s moving company partners have access to a comprehensive learning management system to ensure all staff are properly trained before your moving company launches.

  • Great news – nothing will change for you. You can still rely on all the MoveHQ functionality, apps, and support you have today.

  • The two platforms will not integrate or interact with each other on day one. However, we constantly evaluate opportunities to create efficiencies for our customers, and this is already on our radar.
