Attaching images to inventory reports

The most popular feature in HQ Driver is the ability to attach time and date-stamped photos to each item. According to veteran driver Skip Austin, “Your inventory will keep you out of trouble.”

Sharing a PDF version of your inventory with customers is a great way to give them peace of mind and keep everyone on the same page. HQ Driver makes it simple to either attach inline images to each item in your inventory or attach all images at the end.

 

Choose your image view

Once you have completed your inventory and taken a few photos, tap on “View Origin Inventory Report”.

Choose to either have the images appear inline with the item or as an image attachment at the end.

 

Share your image-rich inventory report

Print the inventory report with the photos included and enjoy the peace of mind that comes with knowing you are protected against claims and have provided your customers with an accurate report of all the items and their corresponding photos.
